Tara (Derby) Boatman is the newest full-time member of the Pioneer Athletics staff. Boatman splits her time as a softball assistant and an assistant athletic trainer for the Pioneers. Boatman played softball at Concordia University-Portland where she graduated with a B.A. in Biology/Sports Med. Before coming to L&C full time, Boatman worked at North Lake Physical Therapy as an athletic trainer/PT assistant. She and husband Scott Boatman were married January 3rd, 2009.
