SAAC To Help Community Trick-or-Treat Safely With "Pio Patrol"

PALATINE HILL - In an effort to foster and enhance relationships with the neighborhood surrounding Lewis & Clark College, the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be sponsoring the first annual "PIO PATROL." Between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Halloween, student-athletes will venture into the surrounding neighborhoods, monitoring the area as families go trick-or-treating.

Student-Athletes will also serve as "Trick-or-treating" points handing out candy and will be easily recognized in bright orange "PIO PATROL" tee-shirts.

The group will meet in Room 10 of Pamplin at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday to grab some pizza and their street assignments.
