Karl Dickman (junior, Eugene, Ore.) was the top Pioneer finisher at the Western Oregon End of Summer Invitational, the first race of the season for the team. Dickman placed 11th with a time of 25:32.90, a time that was near three minutes faster than the mark he recorded last year at this same event.
