Student Athlete Advisory Committee makes donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Portland
In an effort of continued collaboration with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Portland Metropolitan Area, the Lewis & Clark College Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) has recently made a $1000 donation in direct support of the Club’s Literacy Initiative. Funds for this donation were generated through both the SAAC Garage Sale and the SAAC Coin Drive.

Carlton Named Assistant Rowing Coach at the University of Minnesota
Former Lewis & Clark women's crew member Becca Carlton was recently named to the University of Minnesota rowing staff by head rowing coach Wendy Davis. Carlton, who was a graduate assistant for the Gophers last year, will become an assistant coach starting July 1st and will assist with the varsity program. Wendy Wisehart, who is also an assistant coach, will be elevated to the novice coach, replacing John Flynn.
