FOREST GROVE, Ore. - The Lewis & Clark Pioneers placed 59 student-athletes on the 2012-2013 Northwest Conference Scholar-Athlete list. To be eligible, a student-athlete must achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher at the end of the academic year, and must have participated throughout the entire varsity season.
Ranked the fifth "Most Beautiful Campus" in the Princeton Review, Lewis & Clark sits on 137 acress of wooded area and is located just six miles from downtown Portland. A highly selective, liberal arts institution, Lewis & Clark is home to just 2,031 students. The Pioneers were ranked 35th in the 2013 US News & World Report for "Best Undergraduate Education at Liberal Arts Colleges", while the schools professors were ranked 15th in the 2012 report for "Best Undergraduate Teaching at Liberal Arts Colleges".
