PORTLAND, Ore., - The Lewis & Clark College men’s tennis team is set to begin its 2009 campaign on Sunday, Feb. 8 playing host to in-state opponent Portland State University at the Tennis Dome. The match will be the Pioneers first of a four-match homestand, which will feature two conference games.

Inside the Match
Lewis and Clark make its first appearance at the Tennis Dome on Sunday when PSU comes for a 12 p.m. serve. This marks the second consecutive season that the Pioneers have opened play at home, after hosting conference foe Puget Sound on Feb. 15 last season.

The Vikings are currently 0-2 on the season falling to both Oregon and the University of California Davis by the final score of 7-0. Portland State will play two more games before its match against the Pioneers, facing Northern Colorado and Gonzaga.
