Coach Jepsen Also Added to Softball Staff

Current Lewis & Clark Head Volleyball Coach Lori Jepsen will
join the new Lewis & Clark softball staff after the
completion of her fall season. Jepsen will become an
Assistant Coach on Juli Fulks developing staff with
responsibilities for on field coaching and supporting recruiting
visits during the winter when Fulks is with the Women's basketball
team.
Jepsen has considerable experience playing and coaching softball
first as the head softball coach at Arcadia High School and 8 years
as the first assistant coach at Pasadena City College. She also
played softball at PCC for one season.
"Of course Coach Fulks and I are extremely pleased to have the help of such an experienced and dedicated coach. Lori is a very respected member of our staff and will bring a lot to the program," says Clark Yeager, Director of Athletics. "This staff is really coming together and our student-athletes, current and future should feel the commitment being made to them immediately."
"I am excited to get back on the softball field and help Coach
Fulks begin the process of building excellence in our softball
program," said Jepsen. "We will work hard to develop our current
players as well as recruit outstanding student-athletes to the
program."
The search has begun for a full-time assistant softball coach to
join Fulks, Jepsen and the team sometime in October.
A revised 2008 softball schedule will be released very soon.
