Amanda Phillips broke the Lewis & Clark record in the 5000m Saturday at the Western Oregon Twilight meet in Monmouth, Ore. Phillips ran a provisional qualifying time of 17:33.11 at the event.

Gilbride Throws Season-Best at Pacific Twilight
Roxanne Gilbride improved on her provisional qualifying mark in the javelin at the Pacific Twilight Friday morning. Her mark of 136-9 moves her up the list and should solidify her a spot at this year's National Championships. Amanda Phillips also competed, running in the 5000m.
