Women's Basketball Adds Four Incoming Student-Athletes

PORTLAND, Ore. - Head coach Juli Fulks has announced the addition of four incoming student-athletes to the women's basketball team.

The four incoming student-athletes join an already stellar team that finished the 2010-11 season as the Northwest Conference Regular Season Co-Champions. The Pioneers lose just one player, Christina Herring, from last year's team that earned their first ever trip to the NCAA Division III National Tournament. The squad is set to return 14 players from last season, including NWC All-Conference players Kristina Williams and Megan Spence.

With the new players, Fulks adds much needed height to the Pioneers side, with three of the four players standing over 6'0".
