Soccer at Whitworth

The Pioneer women's soccer team  fell 5-0 (box score) to the #15 Whitworth Pirates Sunday afternoon in Spokane.

Five different players scored for the 15th-ranked Pirates (13-4-1 overall, 9-4-1 NWC), who won for the seventh time in the last eight matches. The Pioneers fell to 4-10-4, 3-10-1.

The Pioneers will close out their season next weekend, playing at Puget Sound Saturday at at Pacific Lutheran on Sunday. Both matches start at 11 am.
