Dickman Finishes Strong at National Championship

RESULTS
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Lewis & Clark senior
cross country runner Karl Dickman ended his career as a Pioneer
with a stellar finish at the NCAA Division III Cross Country
Championships hosted by Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio
on Saturday morning.
Dickman finished the race in 185th place, crossing the finish line
in 27:24.1. His finish was just one minute shy of earning him
All-American honors. Dickman’s finish was the sixth best
finish by a member of the Northwest Conference with NWC Conference
Champion, Francis Reynolds of Puget Sound, being the only
conference runner to earn All-American accolades.
Dickman and a majority of his cross country teammates now gear up
for the 2010 track & field season which is slated to begin on
Jan. 16 at the University of Washington Preview in Seattle, Wash.
