Andrew Butcher broke three school records to take home three bronze medals from the NWC Championships this past weekend. Butcher broke the school record in the 100 Freestyle which he set last year by .32 seconds. Butcher was also a member of the 200 Freestyle Relay and 800 Freestyle Relay teams that took home bronze. The 800 Freestyle team beat a school record set back in 1988 with a time of 7:02.05. The 200 Freestyle team finished with a time of 1:25.67 which breaks the record set last year by the same team. Butcher also finished fourth in the 50 Free, only .1 seconds behind the third-place finisher.
