DUPONT, Wash. -- The Pioneers ranked 13th out of fourteen teams after the second round at the DuPont Invitational at The Hole Course. The Pios finished 73-over-par with a total score of 649.
Jacob Bell finished with the highest team score finishing 5-over-par with a total score of 149. Bell ranked in at 23rd place, thirteen strokes behind Mac Turner from Puget Sound.
Robert Wang improved his ranking in the second round by finishing in 43rd place. Wang posted a 14-over-par with a total score of 158. Spencer Long finished with a total score of 169 putting him four strokes ahead of his fellow Pioneer David Furman. Furman ended with a 173 and Kade McCoy had a 192.
Lewis and Clark will be heading to Gearhart, Oregon for the George Fox Invitational at Gearhart Golf Links on Saturday Oct. 7 and Sunday Oct. 8.
